Complete bait and switch rip off!I placed an order directly through the website luxuryegyptianlinens.com on December 2, 2025. My order number is 123867 for Egyptian cotton duvet sets. I was charged immediately, but I have never received the merchandise, any tracking information, or a delivery timeline. It is now weeks overdue with no product in sight. I attempted multiple times to contact the company through the only method they provide — email — and received no real support, no explanation, and no proof that my order was ever shipped. There is no customer service phone number listed anywhere, and I have not been able to reach a single person who can provide accurate, verifiable information. I have paid for goods that were never delivered, and I am now out the money with nothing to show for it. This has caused financial loss, frustration, and a complete lack of confidence in the company’s honesty and practices. The absence of communication and accountability raises serious concerns about whether this business is operating in good faith. What concerns me even more is that, during my attempts to resolve this, I have seen other customer complaints online describing similar problems — unanswered messages, missing orders, and unfulfilled deliveries. This indicates a possible pattern of behavior, not a simple mistake or delay. I am filing this complaint because I have reached the end of every reasonable attempt to resolve this directly. I want a full refund immediately. If this situation is not corrected, I will be pursuing additional action through consumer protection channels, including the BBB, the FTC, and state authorities. I am requesting formal documentation of this complaint and a clear resolution without further delay.
